I'd say because Chester is always having road closures & a production crew & big names could increase traffic to the town therefore having a positive affect on the city, but No, CwaC being as shortsighted as always fuck it up.

Lol I know exactly which traffic warden (tbf there re two well known wardens), he often issues tickets in Ellesmere port. When vaccinations happen at the Civic hall ( Ellesmere port) he'll come around and catch all the old dears who can't find a space in the library carpark & find it difficult to walk from the local supermarkets carpark. The guy is a menace.
Labour laws are often exploited in the UK around working hours, if you look at the care sector and the hours people regularly put in you'd be horrified.

Good to know. I use flatpak in Nobara atm too. My main concern with being totally new to this would be not being able to install Bazzite over Nobara. It's a steep learning curve for me but I do enjoy things like that.
