The one in middle is peak design.

I don't think falling asleep on a train seat qualifies as sleeping well.

It would be funny if the photoshopped area wasn't so obvious

Thats how fires start.

Incidentally, I have a micro USB cable that came with my Nokia N97 (must be 2012 or something).

It's flawless still and even after more than 10 years of service (now charging my xbox controller) it's working fine.

I've tried purchasing identical "original" cables of same kind since then, but they all last a few months before getting lose our stop connecting.

Connection technology was good, but materials used in cable and design of strain release was horrible. Never seen a cable disintegrate without any reason after couple of years.

Best messaging app is the one that has most users and is free to use. Sadly the truth is so simple, that's why everyone in Asia, Europe, Africa and South America use WhatsApp.

I started playing WT in late 2013 and nearly daily played since 2015. I play mainly arcade but also realistic ground and 8vs8 squadbattles. I prefer mainly low tier, ww2 tanks but very rarely play cold war 7.0-7.3 stuff.

For some reason, I never tried simulator battles in all my years. Maybe it's because I am burned by realistic, which I absolutely do not enjoy. Maybe it's all the cheaters or ULQ players, but I die 80% of time by enemy hidden behind buildings some 700m away from my spawn.

But holy shit is simulator battles different! Here you don't get any labels, have to actually use your knowledge and brain to identify targets and I feel like only genuine players play that, for fun. Seeing Sherman's running around everywhere then use logic and binoculars to actually see the marking is satisfying.

What are your thoughts about realistic Vs simulator? What do you enjoy more?

Tree is the situation, that is benefiting one person more than other.

Equality means you provide equal help to all and expect them to be equally benefitted. Sometimes that doesn't work.

Perfect example would be a Spaniard and Frenchman learning a new language, say Italian. This would be easy for a Spanish person because Italian is similar to Spanish. Not so much for French. Providing them both with 10 hours of language classes will be equality but results won't be equal.

No since the tree is leaning to one side, so more apples will fall that way.

Why YSK: because what seems like equal situation from surface isn't always equal opportunity for all. And even when equal measure of help is provided, it might not be equally useful.

Firefox on desktop is awesome. Firefox on mobile is painful.

Tipping had devolved from customers saying "I'll give something extra for extra service" to restaurants saying "since you pay for the food, why don't you pay for the staff too?"

Only real way to get rid of this culture is to ban it to start. Workers need to demand living wages at the same time as ban comes into effect.

Just imagine how easy things would have been if these 3000$+ computers had the necessary ports built into them.

3 usb type-c and two type-A ports, hdmi out, sd card reader should be bare minimum. A 3.5mm headset jack and collapsible rj45 or very least rj45 to usb adapter should also be included on machines intended for professional use.

Edit: for those complaining about having to disconnect multiple cables, sure you can buy a hub or dock if you want ease of use. But that would still be possible on a machine with its own ports. You don't have to have a working dock to actually use the machine.

That will fit nicely in my 32gb micro sdxc the size of a fingernail.
