Widening Protests Kill 39

That's a really fucked up victim-blamey way to say the police have killed 39 protestors.

Those evil protests against a corrupt government once again made the uncontrollable force of nature wearing blue uniforms kill people

If your country's internet goes dark, that should be clue to everyone that the authority state is guilty and requires overthrowing.

The alternative to the "centrist" Awami League is even worse. It's the BNP, a "centre-right" nationalist party. The communists in undivided India should've never compromised with the British government, the INC and the AIML. All the three countries are fucked up hard with rabid right-wing extremism, crony capitalism and religious intolerance.

This Bangladeshi quota bill is so fucking stupid, and laughable. Understandable that we should give some benefits to the immediate descendants, but 30% reservation for the grandchildren and great-grandchildren of the 1971 liberation war? All these years, in this capitalist system, you've tortured these kids to embrace meritocracy (which again, is a sham) as the only way to escape poverty, and now you've shot in their fucking foots, stole their only hope.

Yes, it's just a vote bank for the current PM. But I think it's probably a very dumb move, as even the people who'll benefit from it are speaking out against it.
