Not if we apply enough duct tape under the mask. Remember: Duct tape cannot fix stupid, but it can muffle the sound.
I think duct taping the mouth holes on this mask actually wold fix that level of stupid fairly quickly.
Could be mistaken, but that sure look like lead - so healthy too!
