For someone who is not antiwork but still should learn to be mindful about the wonders of worklife.

Don’t join gossip, don’t think you know better because…, ask & observe the first three months.

And for the long run: never be impolite, intimidating or write gossip in emails (can be forwarded) and you won’t get promoted because you work hard or efficient (there‘re other major reasons)

For emotional health: You‘re gonna spend most of your lifetime at workplace now. Try to find something joyful there - colleagues, tasks or even lunch time.
