tell Gortash "Go fuck yourself" in act 3 without starting a fight (when he proposes hid deal to you)

Haven't done any origin characters yet but of all of them I couldn't do Karlach if it meant I didn't get to hear her sweet voice. 😍

I was thinking that too at the start, but she actually has a lot of voiced internal dialogue.
