Can't wait for Republicans to take credit for it while saying trains are gay

Just because things have been started and the money had already been allocated doesn't mean if it somehow gets on Trump's radar that the democrats initiated something that might actually be good for America that's still going when he's president that he won't viciously ruin it.
This isnt happening, so we can forget it and this isn't uplifting news. This is just other reminder of whar we lost out to Trump. Trump administration will kill This and take the money and put it somewhere awful. Like consinstration camps. If they focus on trains carrying people well lets just say nazi did that too.
or Elon will pave over the tracks and use them for his stupid tesla "transit" projects
Cancelled in January
Uplifting and false hope are very different.
I've lived in European cities with great rail and bicycle infrastructure. But there's nothing good coming in my part of Ohio. There's no buses, or bike lines. Or sidewalks, not even a shoulder on the road. They've spent a couple of years adding two overpasses for the local highway though. Our tax dollars at work.
Ohio has way too many people to be so hostile to rail and bicycle infrastructure
7th in population and 42nd in public transit spending per capita. Abysmal.
It really is weird. Columbus for example is fucking huge to not have a train or frequent bus service.
