Listening to Finocchio's/Roswaal's VA steal scenes is a pleasure as always...
I think he gave up on making Noel join the family a little too easily.
I wonder what Noel traded for Koga's ownership?

I think . . . [checks] Yep, that's Koyasu Takehito, who's been in the seiyuu business for ~35 years and has a very long and varied resume. I think I encountered him first as Rezo the Red Priest in the first season of The Slayers, from the early 1990s.
Okay, this episode brings back the awesome. Glad I decided to give it another episode.
Koga FINALLY becomes interesting. He realizes he's weak and has always been weak because he never stood up for himself not even once. He's still a puppy though, but now he's trying to be a wolf.
Also, turns out that Noel is part of Laughing Coffin! THIS IS ACTUALLY A DEATH GAME AND HE'S A PLAYER KILLER!
Okay, so not really. But damn if the talker "level up" icon isn't ominous.
Done!
There's this one and "let this soul rest in peace" or whatever, and I thought the latter was going to be more like the former. I'm finding this series really entertaining.
I'm really enjoying Let This Grieving Soul Retire, if only because it's exactly the kind of trash I enjoy.
