Man. What a sad existence they must have. Turning their whole personalities into politics.

Just like, idk man, grow the fuck up. These people are probably raising children (poorly) but either way they are in charge of kids and that's what's truly scary

He just heard that his father likes trash; this was a desperate attempt at finally getting that approval he craves. The weirdest part was that he kept trying to dive into the back of that garbage truck yelling "witness me!"

I've worn garbage bags to make weight. I thought I was crazy for doing that. I feel better now because this is way worse.

"WE ARE ALL DOMESTIC TERRORISTS"

I mean, it does make me upset thinking how these plastic trash bags are going to end up polluting nature...

[–] Maggoty@lemmy.world 1 points 1 month ago

Let me relieve of that pain. Unless you're specifically shopping to avoid it, most clothes are 50-100% plastic anyways.

I didn't say you'd end up free of pain.

It’s not even sad anymore, it’s just becoming funny.

So... No costumes this year?

[–] madcaesar@lemmy.world 4 points 1 month ago (1 children)

Any adult in my radius that would do something like this, I'd immediately label as deranged. Like, how fucked up do you have to be to dress up as garbage 😂

[–] Juice@midwest.social 1 points 1 month ago

It was Halloween though, who gives AF

[–] Sam_Bass@lemmy.world 4 points 1 month ago

when you cant deny it, own it

[–] IHeartBadCode@fedia.io 4 points 1 month ago

I'm actually surprised that somewhere in that costume isn't some broken Keurig parts and some smashed up bottles of Bud Light.

[–] laurelraven@lemmy.zip 4 points 1 month ago

Oh look, they're dressing up as themselves!

[–] Mobiledecay@lemmy.world 3 points 1 month ago

They're dressing like they always do. Perfectly fitting for them.

[–] surph_ninja@lemmy.world 3 points 1 month ago

You’re just rewarding their behavior by giving them the attention they wanted for it.

Its kinda cute I think. Matches really well.

[–] kickeriekuh@discuss.tchncs.de 2 points 1 month ago

It's always nice to give things a second life. If only they knew how much they agree with their enemies here, this would be very funny. An interesting way to avoid waste.

[–] edgemaster72@lemmy.world 2 points 1 month ago

Not quite as good when they admitted to being domestic terrorists, but it'll do

[–] pigup@lemmy.world 2 points 1 month ago

Yo dawg I heard you like baseboards so we put a baseboard on top of your baseboard so you can baseboard while you baseboard.

* note: I know nothing about Australian politics I just like the jokes
