The Conference on Disarmament was established in 1979 for negotiating agreements on disarmament and arms control, including nuclear weapons and other weapons of mass destruction.

Technically, Israel is currently quickly disarming - into Palestinians.

LOL, the only thing Israel is interested in disarming are palestinian schoolkids. As in "That kids arms got blown off, lol! Now I get a promotion to Captain!"
