I regret taking my time to check the comments of the video. The sheer amount of stupidity there, goddammit.

I think that they'll fine Google, prevent if from doing some things like promoting its search engine as default, and that's it. However I don't think that they'll break it up. (Let's hope that I'm wrong.)

If breaking it, perhaps a 3-way break would be sensible: have Search+YT, AdSense and Android+Chrome under different companies. With then Android having further, Windows-like restrictions like "don't get in the way of the users' choices for software and search".

In the long term however we should be looking for sustainable ways to support free (as free speech) alternatives to Search, Android, Chrome and YouTube. While finding new and exciting ways to fuck with AdSense up because fuck the ad mafia.
