It's no different than an ariel drone, except it's on wheels and has a gun rather than bombs.

The real concern would be if it were autonomous.

Check out the ZALA Lancet or the Iranian Shahed drone - 2 autonomous munitions used by Russia extensively this conflict.

This entire war has been rife with killbots. It's one of the defining characteristics of this war.
