GTA:O is not free.

You pay for it when you buy GTA V.

Calling it free because it is included it like calling Unreal Tournamnet 2004 Multiplayer free because you get it included with Unreal Tournament 2004.

You see... Two games is the most diverse imaginable.

This is just BS and Rockstar is one of the biggest cash grabs in the mainstream video game industry. .

Free my ass, you pay for GTA5 to play online, its not free, and the predatory "micro" transaction strategy they do in GTA Online makes it even less free.

That was the case when GTAV launched, but GTAO has been available as a free standalone game for at least a couple years now.

I don't care for it myself, but I can see the appeal. The core gameplay of GTAO is solid and very driven by emergent socialization and competition, so it's no big surprise people spend way too much money on it.

But hey, if those whales are financing the development of GTAVI, I can live with it.

I wonder if GTA VI will actually be a finished game? It felt very weird playing through GTA V and encountering mechanics that went nowhere. I've zero interest in multi-player GTA.
