As much as I think ISPs being liable for the activity of their customers is bullshit, "we didn't investigate the obscure possibility of a hash collision strongly enough and should get a new trial" isn't a lot better.

I do hop Cox wins. I really hope they are forced to resort to claiming common carrier status.
