Is it reinventing itself when it’s just a rehash of the same old fascist tendencies?
I try not to throw such strong words around but it's not meant to be a rehash, more like evolution. Like when a bacteria becomes immune to certain antibiotics.
I recommend you read the section "11. CAPITAL AND THE DESTINY OF CAPITALISM" of the introduction to Capital vol. 1 (Penguin Classics version), written by Ernest Mandel. You are basically regurgitating what he calls:
