If the squad walks away without waiting, they ain’t your squad.
I hate when people just keep walking if I have to do something like that. It's just rude. So I not only wait for the Person who needs to tie their shoe, no, I also make everyone else wait for them.
(To be fair, most times it's just that the other people don't notice that someone stoped walking.)
