"just found these"? Like, did some random sovcit plant them? Or do they have amnesia and don't remember putting them there?

Well with the tendency of SovCits to not pay for their vehicles, it’s entirely possible this poor soul came across this stash after buying a repossessed car.

[–] proper@lemmy.world 16 points 3 months ago (1 children)

I’d buy that except they’re posting in that “right to travel” FB group

[–] earlgrey0@sh.itjust.works 10 points 3 months ago (1 children)

Good catch, I missed that part. Not impossible that they bought the car from another SovCit

When you're trying to buy a car with imaginary government trust fund money, you cn only buy from someone willing to sell it for imaginary government trust fund money.

Right, otherwise it would be found in "my straw man's vehicle"

I have a friend whose last name is Levy. Nice for them to make him exempt.

[–] Iheartcheese@lemmy.world 4 points 3 months ago (2 children)

His name isn't all caps tho

[–] saltesc@lemmy.world 4 points 3 months ago

You don't know that. All Caps Levy is a pretty common name.

That's his commercial self, not his private self.

I'm shocked the "do not remove under penalty of law" tag from a mattress isn't one of them
