It could be, you'd have to define the principle.
- Low price means low quality
- Low price means low workers wage
- Low price and a country outside the EU/US etc. means it's probably just enough to pass regulations
- Chinese tech products, eg. TikTok, literally take videos of you. Why should a chinese car or other product be different?
- It would support China in becoming a dominant force in the market, making us depend on it
- Chinese products will have less support than local ones, and you'll have less consumer rights
By pricing their models competitively, right?
