Looks and sounds a lot like it was designed by the extremist Afd party. Definitely right wing. (Not NSFW for the moment.)

It might be designed by the AfD, but I wouldn't bet on it. It could also be designed by more left groups, but I don't see the typical "funny element" that's usually on such stickers. But I think, that it has been designed by some rightwing group.

Left groups would not use AfD colors for their stickers

Yeah, but "freiheitsfeindlich" seems like something that right-wing groups would like to use (mistakenly, I might add).
