I miss the 5 star rating system. Youtube has been getting worse for years. Corporations "innovate" themselves into the ground.

Without dislikes you don't know if people just didn't like the video or if it was unsuccessful because of the algorithm. Views or likes alone aren't a clear answer.

I'm spending less and less time on this video site.

Lots of great alternatives, that are open and promote community building, instead of censorship.

I disagree with this decision(not that a evil megacorp like Alphabet cares).

Sometimes, dislikes represent the anger of regular people when companies treat them like shit, ex: Nintendo
