How's the state of Android 13 for FP4? (feddit.de)

Hello there!

I was wondering how you guys have experienced the Android 13 update on the Fairphone 4. I heard, it was somewhat buggy and haven't updated because of that. But I would like to update, so I thought I ask you about your experiences.

I ve used it since release and have not had any problems at all. On the contrary, it fixed some problems I ve had with the previous version.

Before the update I had a lot of phantom scrolling and random reactions on the screen. The new update fixed that.

Have had it for a while, cannot say that I have had any problems with it. What kind of problem did you hear about?

I read on the official forums that there are random freezes and reboots for some people since the update. Some have said, it has something to do with an external SD card and for some people it helped when they disabled 5G. I can't really say if it's just a small minority of people that has these problems and so I didn't want to upgrade. That's the only mobile phone I have so I want it working as good as possible.

I have updated last week and so far it's all good. I've had none of the issues mentioned above :)
