Photo taken in July 2023

Seen in "Deutsche Bahn" train. Didn't know something could be as delayed as their trains, but their train clocks somehow managed to beat it

it's the year, the picture was taken in 2023 - not 2003.

The time is completely off, but the big thing is the year being off 20 year
