Speaking at a Republican cabinet meeting Wednesday, U.S. President Donald Trump revealed he had spoken to newly-elected Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney and congratulated the 'gentleman.' Trump also said Carney wants to make a deal on tariffs and will visit the White House 'within the next week or less.'
