Buddy, I've been gaming everyday for 20+ years. It's all I think about and I still haven't gotten addicted so doubt it's happening.

I don't have a strategy, as much as I have obligations now that I'm supposed to be an adult. I've been a geek and a gamer for 30 years, and I don't see that changing any time soon.

Saving factorio for the treadmill. Makes me completely forget im working out and limits my gaming.

About 15 years ago I did this one little trick. People have been doing it for literal millenia, and it really helped me cut back on the time spent gaming. I had kids... Since then, I only ~~get to~~ play on weekends.
Seems a bit excessive to me, but as long as it works for you all is good. You had to implement multiple kids though? One did not do the job?
