NDP will always be my 1st choice...except when they have no clear chance of beating the Conservative candidate. Then you gotta go with whoever does.

Jagmeet lost his seat sadly and stepped down as NDP leader last night. But yeah the NDP will hold the balance of power along with the bloc. But the NDP almost official party status too with only 8 seats.

Not really. NDP voters lent their votes to Liberal to prevent a Polievre govt, Bloc voters did too. Carney would do well to realize this.

That's exactly what I'm saying. The NDP voters had to be strategic and put support behind the least-worse option in their eyes. So the NDP suffered pretty heavily in what became an either-or race. Singh wasn't really a factor either way.
