When do the 9 seconds reset? Is it 9 seconds groping and 1 second break? Just asking because there's probably a bunch of people that would like to wait in a line to meet that judge.
This is the way.
The judge is telling on himself, thinking that is an acceptable behaviour.

Ich wundere mich was passiert, wenn er nicht gekündigt wird. Jugendliche können interessante Reaktion haben. Vigilante steht da vermutlich auch gut weit oben auf der Liste, wenn das Thema an der Schule hochkommt.
Die Schule sollte also schauen, dass sie den Typen loswird. Wenn die das schon nicht aus den richtigen Gründen machen wollen, dann wenigstens "zu seinem Schutz" oder so nem scheiß.
