I was debating whether or not I should even post this because it looks so sad, but decided that if I get good feedback then it’s worth the embarrassment.
Why be embarrassed? Caring about your plants is a good thing.
Any ideas what the heck is wrong with this? I just moved it to the ground, where I have really good soil, so I’m hoping it recovers on its own
Walk back this plant's history in your head and you'll find your answers. When did it start looking sad? What were the variables like? How did the condition progress? Now that you're seeing improvements follow the same line of investigation- What happened that allowed improvement? What variables changed from where it was to where it is now? You say you moved it to a spot with good soil, was it in poor quality soil before? Not enough nutrients, poor drainage, etc etc? There are almost always clues leading up to disaster. Listen to what she's telling you before she has to shout! 💚
