I have tried this and Jellyfin did not meet my needs because it doesn't have an option to shuffle all songs. I self host Navidrome which seems a bit more "streaming service" like.

I'm not sure what platform you're on, but the android phone app absolutely can shuffle all songs, I do it daily.

I'm on Android. I looked through everything in the app and online and saw lots of people with the same issue. If you have a solution I'd love to hear it.

Edit: it seems to be working now. The last time I had tried it was either shuffling what was visible in that page of songs or there was no song shuffle all button.
