Is there any way to get either YouTube Premium or Spotify at a heavily discounted rate? Are there any cheaper alternatives?

Not sure if it still works, but VPN in Turkey or Argentina or someplace that has regional pricing.

Casting usually requires proprietary connections, so I don't think so unless you use a literal HDMI cable. With those you can transmit the literal screen.
