I like the roc-ds a lot more than the one-seater, but I can't remember what is the most affordable ship in auec that can actually carry it

Can you elaborate why you like the DS more? Are you with a buddy, or do you switch seats whenever you found a cluster?

So the cool thing about crew mining vehicles is their lasers are stronger and longer range, besides the larger cargo capacity.

This means that in a multi seat mining vehicle, you can pull up to a big cluster, swap seats, and bust up / collect all of it in one go. Plus the extraction mode on the DS works a lot better.

Huh, fascinating.

I didn't know that the ROC DS MHV-Arbor has indeed slightly more power (12) than the ROC MHV-Arbor (9). But still, since we only have always the same ROC minable nodes with the same resistance, instability and mass it still doesn't matter if you use the ROC-DS or the regular ROC. The only noticable difference is that you have a bigger cargo hold. And lets face it, you would need an entire day of ROC mining to fill up the 3.5 SCU and even then you can just move all the entire contents from the ROC to your ship, which you would need in the first place to get it around a moon or planet, in one click.

It would be cool though if there were variable sizes of ROC-Minables.
