They know about a tunnel under the hospital because they built it.
Here is a video of the rhetoric surrounding the tunnels being dissected by the Majority Report with Sam Seder.
I'm aware but tbh unless that's actually connected to a wider tunnel network it's still just a large basement.
A basement Israel built and then subsequently used as justification for war crimes. Oorah!
I'm sure once they've had time to build a "Hamas command center" they'll show us pictures to prove that their war crimes were justified.
And perhaps they also find Saddam's WMDs next to it. /s
