The image is real. The design I'm not sure about. I found it on Etsy.

It feels more like a possibly stolen sketch to me. Hand-drawn raccoon but generic stars and font that come with photoshop or whatever for the text gives it an incongruence that sets off the uncanny valley feel that AI art usually gives me.
