Are there plans for a status page for feddit.de? Being able to check the status and see via a color indicator if known problems are going on would be really helpful.

I'm not an admin. I just created this community and equivalent ones on other servers to talk about which instances are working.

You may get more answers if you'd ask your question in Fragfeddit , Haupteingang or the matrix-room !feddit:tilde.fun.

Thank you, wouldn't it be great to add this link to the link parade in the footer? Not sure if adding a custom link is possible.

It's actually already on the sidebar (as "status monitor"). Adding custom items to the footer is unfortunately not possible right now.

And there is https://lemmy-status.org/ which should be helpful when feddit.de cannot be reached.

Thanks for the link. Our status page is hosted on a different machine too, so in theory it should not go down with feddit.
