The mix of a road and a street. A road is supposed to have high speeds and few intersections, a street can have shops and parking and all that, but low speeds. Mix both and you get a big footprint, very dangerous driving because people are going fast and there is a lot of turning and such things. Not even talking about pedestrians here ^^
