No, some will not work properly due to finger print resisting activated. But that is a small number.
What do you mean by 'run as normal Firefox' it runs not as normal Firefox because in that case it would be normal Firefox.
Is worth? Yes. More security and privacy despite not beging perfect. For example dom.push.enable should be disabled as it connects to google but the developers deny doing so. So do it by yourself
