No, they do not show up.
Is this behavior documented somewhere? The best source I could find so far is this:
From which I deduce that Activities (posts/comments/votes) go from T to B, are wrapped into an Announcement and then go from B to A where they are unwrapped. And since A does not block B, A needs to check the originating User domain of every Activity found inside in order for the T-block to be enforced indirectly, too.
I don't know. I only know it from experience, as comments from lemmygrad.ml users made on lemmy.ml do not show up on feddit.de.

Anyway, it would mean that there is not much reason for A to also defederate from B, if T (you probably guessed it) was Threads. Though Users from B could still be quoting Users from T and/or be influenced by Users from T, but the impact from T on A appears to be very minimal in the given scenario.
