It could be a box of gold bricks, a mouse trap, 18 thousand dehydrated spinach packets...

Gold bricks would be good. If it's 18 thousand dehydrated spinach packets I may not be able to fit in the door, but I could possibly resell for a profit. Trying to get it to the post office for a return would be difficult.
