Me: "It's America. who doesn't have a gun? It's a constitutional right, not an excuse for you to murder people. Was he pointing the gun at you, or did he just have one?"

Honestly I'm only shocked that more people haven't avenged their loved ones who have been murdered by cowardly racist cops.

The kid's gun was drawn. Am not surprised the cup did not wait for the kid to take aim. However...

Cops could have let him go (just like some jurisdictions abandon high speed chases). Surely there are enough CCTV cameras to eventually arrest him?

US needs to get civilised and reform gun laws like Australia did.
