Vegan

Thanks for sharing, saw some videos of monkeys being abused in the coconut industry but haven't found a good alternative yet. Also haven't found indication on packaging showing how ethically sourced the coconut milk is. I'd greatly it if anyone has a tip for either replacing it (I use it mainly in curries, but there a lot more Asian dishes that require coconut milk) or for choosing products/brands that do not chain up and hit monkeys in the process.
