The stupidest electoral system... In my opinion the electoral system is the root of almost all problems north-america faces nowadays. It inevitably produces two parties and if you only have two parties your nation is done for because of polarization, the fighting and shifting the overton window, and so on. But mostly because it reduces the whole political landscape, which is very complex, to a a/b decision.
