Yes I am aware. The original way Odysee works is on the LBRY blockchain for metadata, with a peer to peer network of video storage. Odysee is now switching their technology, but the LBRY blockchain was specifically made against any sort of censorship.

Odysee does however handle their own blocklists of videos, allowing them to control the content on their platform. Have a look at #8 of their community guidelines: https://help.odysee.tv/communityguidelines/

The racism you talk about was probably just awful opinions but did not really incite hatred or violence:

Content or posts that incite hatred or violence towards a particular group or person(s)

I absolutely hate the far right and their racist extremist views, but Odysee is an amazing platform.
