Twice a year sound like to much for a regular person but also not enough for him.
Twice a year is in accordance with industry standards for best practices in most areas where roaches are.
If he has cleaned his house up as much as he has said, there are photos of a couple spots, and he hasn't seen any roaches in a while like he says, twice a year is fine.
