The ruling halted deportations that rely on the Alien Enemies Act—in a stunning 7-2 decision. “The Supreme Court would rather actively participate in America’s ruination,” wrote DHS liaison Paul Ingrassia.

lost all three of his own justices with this one....

but it's just a temporary ruling.. doesn't really mean anything--since they're gonna end up with the case again anyway for what will be the 'landmark' ruling.

so this one could just be 'for show' to make it look like they're acting at least somewhat impartially.
