Given what VW did with their emissions tests, I can't say he's wrong.

VW didnt do anything others werent doing. They just got caught admiting it.

Didn't they get caught red handed? I don't remember the details well. But at this point yeah, it'd be easier to get a list of companies that weren't cheating.
