I'm not casting doubt, as PayPal is a very shitty company, however your 'proof' is to an petition platform, which is inherently biased also your image doesn't seem to come from that page, so it isn't even a source.

My question is how the discrimination is actually put in place, how does Paypal know whether someone in Gaza is a Palestine or an Israeli.
