Most people are mature enough to realize they are being annoying and acting crazy when it's pointed out, and remove themselves from the situation to cool down.

Does your therapist tell you to stay in whatever situation that's enraging you and wallow in it? I'm guessing by now she just mostly sighs as she scribbles "narcissist" in big bold letters on her pad.

I'm not your mother, I don't have to coddle you. No one cares and no one wants to deal with your anger.

Go for a walk. If anything, it might help you lose weight (I'm assuming you're fat)

Exactly what a narcissist would say

Lmao, you can be autistic and other things including a narcissist. In any case, I doubt you've ever been diagnosed by anyone other than google.

Ya the economy is rough, and it's probably harder to keep a job when you're addicted to being a dick. It's always someone else's fault, isn't it?

Put yourself in other peoples shoes for once in your life and realize that your behavior is heavy and just drags people down and ruins their day. You refuse to acknowledge your problem in any real way and actively enable yourself.

Stop wallowing in your own filth and walk away from the computer when you start having an episode, it's literally that simple.
