60k€ in 40 Jahren wären immer noch sehr viel. Darum kannst du dir (fast) ein Kind leisten. Naja, ein halbes.

edit: nur damit das klar ist, ich rede hier nicht von "am schwarzmarkt kaufen". ich meine unterhalt und so.
