Sorry? Are you part of the ruling class that's murdering American Capitalism? Because yeah, they are pretty organized.
the ruling class is as good as ever. why would they murder their own hegemony? where do you think our lack of money is going? why do you think they are doing this stuff to us?
we are experiencing capitalism as intended. its not dying its just bad and doesnt feel the need to hide it anymore like they did briefly the last few decades.
Okay, and? Doesn't change the fact that they're murdering the current system to replace it with something far more dangerous.
i edited my comment after you responded, before i noticed that you did.
i argue that this is capitalism working as intended. its just that they don't feel like hiding it anymore. if we just wait and let it collapse it might as well bring the literal habitability of the planet down with it. the burgeoise does not seem to want to stray from this path. the us empire is indeed collapsing, however.
Again, nothing is collapsing. It is intentionally being sabotaged.

we as a society didn't build capitalism from the ground up, and capitalism was always supposed to have a boot constantly on our throats. theres nothing being "knocked down", capitalism isnt going anywhere. there was never democracy in capitalism in the first place.
they are just taking away the comforts they themselves conceded to us before.
The American capitalist society we built is more than that. That is what is being knocked down.
what you are probably referring to is not capitalism, they would never destroy the source of their own power. its the new deal-era soviet-inspired social security net. capitalism is what remains after they are done.
and you only got that because people were getting angry at the capitalists and were organized enough to have actual leverage. they are destroying the island of socialist policies you had.
Its not a part of raw capitalism, but capitalism doesn't exist in a vacuum, and it absolutey is a part of the capitalist system that America has built.
theres no such thing as "raw capitalism". the political economic system is either capitalist or not.
Capitalism can exist with or without safeguards to protect the least powerful among us from the most powerful among us. American capitalism has safefguards. The most powerful among us are knocking down said safeguards to take advantage of the least powerful among us. They are killing American capitalism to replace it with their more dangerous version of capitalism. I.e. american capitalism isn't dying, its being murdered.

That's not how that works tho. Safeguards can fail, they're not foolproof. That's like saying this railing on a balcony isn't a safeguard to protect people from falling because that guy just came at it and knocked it down with a sledgehammer.
if it was Obama (still not a leftist but treated as such), would they have let him get away with rape like trump did? would he get away with an attempted coup? or with all the lies trump says constantly without effective scrutiny from institutions?

Let's just pretend the US haute bourgeoisie are intentionally burning down the economic system that made and continues to make them rich, fully aware of what they're doing it.

Control. They already have more money than god, the system has already served it's purpose. But the safeguards that keep you and me safe also keeps them in line (mostly). Knock those safeguards down, and they can do whatever the fuck they want with impunity. The wealth disparity will only get worse, they will control everything, and we will be literal slaves to their whims.
The ruling class is the Capitalist class. They are doing further Capitalism. Capitalism isn't only its less-developed stages, but also its dying stages.
You're not really contradicting what I've said.
The Capitalist class isn't murdering Capitalism, it is continuing it to its next stages. That will bring upon its own death, yes, but that death won't come from the Capitalists advancing it, but the working class for overthrowing it.
