Are there bluetooth earphones that are connected by wire and share the same battery for both pieces?
Yeah but they're usually garbage, and went out of vogue like a decade ago or whatever.
Yes they're literally everywhere. It's the only type of Bluetooth earbud I'll buy.
Yeah they have been around for ages. I have some DeWalts that work pretty well

Yeah look for "athletic" ones and it has a loose band that connects behind your head
LG used to have something like that with their Tone, not sure if they are still around
I used the Anker SoundBuds for a few years. I think they were pretty good
