This photo looks like propaganda from a fabricated event, not a real candid from an actual attempt on a political figurehead's life.

Why is the flag upside down?

Why is it perfectly in frame to fill the space that would otherwise be blank sky?

Why was Trump allowed by his security detail to stand back up?

It's all extremely suspicious and screams "preplanned" to me

Eh, I don't think you can take a shot at a Trump really that doesn't have an American flag somewhere on it.
